// Master's degree or above from a 211 university (bachelor's degree or above), majoring in finance, auditing, finance or related fields, aged 30-40, male;
// Having over 8 years of relevant work experience in finance, auditing, and other related fields in large manufacturing enterprises (with around 1000 employees) (including over 3 years of relevant management experience as department heads or above);
// Intermediate or above accounting title, with a registered accountant or lawyer certificate or board secretary certificate preferred;
// Familiar with domestic accounting standards and related financial, tax, audit, investment and financing regulations and policies, familiar with domestic financial policies and capital market regulatory rules;
// Familiar with listing rules and relevant financial laws and regulations, have participated in IPO listing counseling, and experience in successful IPO work is preferred.
