Integrating real-time sensing and electromagnetic actuation systems, it actively suppresses environmental vibrations, maintaining vibration transmission rates below 5%. This effectively resolves micro-vibration interference issues for precision instruments, providing near-zero-vibration work environments for highly sensitive equipment such as CD-SEMs, AFMs, EBLs, and interferometers.
